Do I see the design before you start weaving?
Yes. Within 24 hours of your order, we email you the design. Use the link in that email to approve it or ask for a change.
Haven't heard from you in seven days? Then we go ahead with the design you've seen. Want to change something? Just let us know before then.
No email? Check your spam folder. We send it to the address you used at checkout.
Can I put more than one pet on a blanket?
Right now we make one pet per blanket. Got more? Order a blanket for each of them. From 2 blankets, you get a discount automatically.
What is a personalized woven blanket?
A cotton blanket with your pet's portrait and name woven into it. The image is part of the fabric itself, not printed on top.
What kind of photo works best?
A sharp photo in daylight where your pet's face is easy to see. A photo from your phone is perfect.
Can you make a blanket of any pet?
Yes. Dog, cat, bunny or horse: with a clear photo, we'll make a beautiful blanket.
Is the blanket printed or actually woven?
Actually woven. That's why the colors stay rich and the blanket feels thick and soft.
Which size should I pick?
Small is great as a throw or as a blanket for your pet. Medium drapes nicely over the couch and is our most popular size. Large is big enough for a bed.
Will it really look like my photo?
We translate your photo into yarn, so you get a woven portrait, not a photo print. You see the design first and approve it yourself.
Can I order a memorial blanket?
Of course. Many pet parents order one to remember a pet who's passed. You can use any photo that means a lot to you.
Does it make a good gift?
Absolutely. Just enter the recipient's address at checkout. We email the design to you, so the surprise stays a surprise.
